Mottbora Sushi

If I had the option for 10 stars I would give it! I absolutely LOVE Mottbora and the staff. I’m there so much, they’re starting to feel life family. They have the freshest selection of home made food, clean workspaces and warm dinning experience. The staff are absolutely wonderful and we go every Friday to pickup dinner. I’m never without a smile on my face or a happy tummy.

My friend and I had an amazing lunch at Mattbora! The service was excellent,so friendly and the food was so fresh and delicious!!! Will be eating here again!

Friendly atmosphere as soon as we walked in the door. Great selection many options to choose from. Quick service with a smile. It was so good, sorry you’re only getting half of a picture. We got the chicken teriyaki roll, tuna roll, white tuna sushi, and the mango roll. Might just have to place the same order again for dinner tonight!

Takeout only- their spring rolls are the best I’ve ever had. Freshest sushi ever. Quick service- always less than 20 minutes. Prices are on par with all other sushi places but their quality or product is setting that bar very high. Highly recommend

We visited here for lunch today and it was lovely! The food was fairly priced, fresh, beautifully presented and SOO satisfying. To drink I ordered the Japanese yogurt drink. I forgot to take a picture but it’s a must try! The service was fast and our server was very attentive. He even kindly put a napkin under my 16mo plate and brought out scissors with his meal so I could cut it up for him. HEART WARMING!! Coming from a sushi snob and lover, I would highly recommend this place for a sushi lunch in Huntsville. 10/10

Went here for the first time tonight and had the most wonderful experience. Ordered takeout and while I waited the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed with water tea and suckers for the kids! Got home and ate the most delicious sushi, I was throughly impressed! My husband is not a sushi fan and had the chicken teriyaki and was very satisfied.Thanks for a great dinner, I’ll be back!

The decor and atmosphere let off a bright, relaxing and airy feeling along with a very fresh and clean visual across the board. The customer service is great, the staff is kind, helpful and is willing to answer any question we had. It was a very nice feeling to speak with staff who are very pleasant to converse with. Our favorite part about this restaurant is not only the decor/atmosphere and the staff, but the food is where we were the most impressed. The sashimi pieces were not only thick but were picked with great care to ensure great quality upon delivery. Our sashimi pieces never had any veins or tendons which is very refreshing compared to the many Toronto sushi restaurants. In addition to the sashimi plate we ordered, we ordered a few rolls over a few visits. We tried the Cindy roll which was a very refreshing combination of cucumber shells as the outer piece and holds the filling - as someone who does not always enjoy cucumber, I can't stop thinking about this roll and are excited to order it again! Our other roll orders consisted of the Hurricane roll which was a nice filling and satisfying roll which offered a great sauce combination. Lastly, we ordered the Sundae Roll, which, asides from the Cindy roll was probably my second favorite roll! Overall, the price points for the rolls and sashimi are very reasonable for the quality and uniqueness you get. The selection of food leaves you wanting more but gives you the opportunity to order more or grab a sweet treat afterwards!

This was our first visit and we were super excited to find a restaurant that serves fresh, beautiful Sushi! The Rolls are great for sharing - great portions and very flavourful. We were also lucky enough to be there on the first day of their dine-in reopening - a must visit!
